Renner's Golfscapes ("we", "us") is a Calgary, Alberta business that builds putting greens and does landscaping work. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, and how we handle it.

• Quote requests: the name, phone number, email address, neighbourhood and project details you enter in our quote form.
• Calls, texts and photos: your phone number and anything you send us, such as photos of your yard.
• Website usage: basic, non-identifying information such as the pages visited and how you arrived at the site (for example, from a Google ad).

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare a quote and carry out any work you book with us.
• To understand which of our advertising brings people to the site, so we can improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry or project.

Services we use

• Form delivery: quote-form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the message only to deliver it.
• Advertising and measurement: we advertise with Google Ads. Google may use cookies or similar technology to measure how well our ads perform and to show relevant ads. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Hosting: this website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your project and meet our business and tax record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by calling or texting us at 403-527-2335. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
